Location, price, good value for money
Customer service experience - the owner of the apartment tried to imply a city council tax fee on my bill, which was not specified nor advertised on the website. It was not also included on the confirmation.

Nice apartment. Size of the rooms was very good(big apartment)
We had appointment to meet hotelstaff at 10 o clock in the morning at the house, but noone came. After many telephones and help from a helpful neighbour we got the key at 13.30. 3,5 hour after the appointmenttime. We will never more rent of tis staff !

Fantastic location just opposite the old town, the apartment is spacious and cosy with everything you need. A great place to stay; makes you wonder why you'd ever want to stay in a hotel when you can have an apartment to yourself for the same price.
The fact that you have to check-in in a busy restaurant on the other side of the old town.

The location is wonderful, 2 min walk from the old town center. The parking is nearby.
The apartment is quite small, the parents bedroom is shared with the kitchen area. The water is warmed up by electric boiler and it's not enough hot water for 5 people (as we were), so after two people taking a shower you'd need to wait for ~30 min to take another shower. Also, as in many of Europa old town buildings - there is no elevator, be ready to drag your luggage up the stairs.

Great location
Getting the keys is an annoying process. Also, the apartment was not in the best shape and had homeless people sleeping in the downstairs entrance.

The location was ideal. 2 mins from the main square and opposite a 24hour supermarket (and kebab shop). The rooms were huge. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment for 5 people although there was only 2 of us. It suited us perfectly as we both had our own rooms at either end of the kitchen and bathroom so whoever was 1st up did not disturb the other when putting the kettle on. There was tea and coffee in the cupboard for us to use but Im not sure if this is the norm or whether previous occupants had left it. Kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave and hotplate. All utensils and crockery were provided along with pans. There is also an iron. All cleaning products were also provided. Spare towels were available in the wardrobes so it is virtually impossible to run out.
For info - When picking up the keys, the Restaurant Koko does not have a noticable sign outside. You will notice the restaurant by it being the one without signage. There is a little piece of paper on the door saying the name. When you walk in the main entrance from the street, you enter an alley like place and are unsure where to go. There are 2 doors to your right. You can open the 1st door with your front door key and then go up the stairs to find your apartment. This did confuse us as we didnt know which was the right door and luckily tried the right one 1st. The main door to the street is often left wide open and tied back so that it doesnt shut. One night there was someone sleeping in the internal alley. Thankfully I was not travelling alone as I would have been terrified if I had found someone sleeping there. The adjacent building was under rennovation so at 7am each morning I was woken up by knocking and drilling. The floor in the back bedroom had leaves on the carpet so it had not been cleaned before our arrival. Similarly, the glasses and cups in the kitchen were still sticky from previous use. It is certainly not a 4 star apartment. All the furniture and decor was very dated. For the price paid though, I was not expecting fancy furnishings, but I was expecting a little bit better.

Seconds from main square, really nice spacious rooms. Very good value for money
There were traps who continued to squat in the lobby of the apartments, they genuinely created the worst smell I have ever had the misfortune of encountering and didnt make you feel particularly safe. The rooms weren't exactly sound proof either but still for the money we paid I would return in a heart beat.

Location, Quality, Price - all set for a perfect time in Kraków
A little difficult getting the key having a chain of 20 hungry guest in the Old Town Restaurant in front of you and all the waiters busy... Also they could make clearer, that they don' expect credit cards for payment...
